The PLR-HTSR photothermal synergistic reactor is specially designed for photothermal synergistic catalytic reactions. It adopts a flattened autoclave-style reactor, applicable to gas-solid phase photo/photothermal catalytic experiments, and can monitor the reaction pressure and the bulk temperature of the catalyst in real time via pressure and temperature sensors. Temperature is controlled by feedback from a thermocouple and a temperature controller, providing high temperature control accuracy for gas-solid phase photothermal synergistic catalytic reactions.

Product Features:

1、Compact size, standard Ф3 mm gas line connectors, compatible with various detection devices;

2、Through-penetration structural design for more thorough gas–catalyst contact;

3、Built-in electric heating element, maximum heating temperature up to 300℃, 10-step program temperature control;

4、Temperature control via feedback from a thermocouple and temperature controller, with control accuracy up to ±0.5℃;

5、Various reactor configurations can be customized, including different volumes and integrated water-bath temperature control.

Product Composition:

The overall structure of the PLR-HTSR photothermal synergistic reactor is shown in the figure below, consisting of one reactor set and one control box. The control box has three external interfaces: a power socket, a heating-element circular connector, and a thermocouple circular connector. Temperature control is performed through the control box's temperature control module.

The internal components of the reactor are mainly stainless steel and ceramic, and the inert system is compatible with various photochemical or photoelectrochemical reaction tests. The reactor's core components mainly consist of the vessel body, vessel lid, sealing ring, clamp, heating element, and temperature sensors;
