The PLR-HTSR2.0 Flow-Through Photothermal Synergistic Reactor is specifically designed for photothermal synergistic catalytic reactions. It features a flat-type reactor vessel suitable for gas-solid photocatalytic and photothermal catalytic experiments. During the reaction, pressure and catalyst bulk temperature can be monitored in real time using pressure and temperature sensors. Closed-loop temperature control is achieved through feedback from a thermocouple and temperature controller, providing high temperature-control accuracy for gas-solid photothermal synergistic catalytic reactions.

Product Features:

● Compact design with standard Ф3 mm gas-line fittings, allowing integration with various analytical and detection instruments;
● Flow-through design: gas flows from top to bottom and passes through the catalyst bed to ensure sufficient contact and reaction;
● Equipped with a built-in pressure gauge for continuous monitoring of experimental pressure;
● Built-in electric heating plate with a maximum heating temperature of 500°C and 10-stage programmed temperature control;
● Closed-loop temperature control through thermocouple and temperature-controller feedback, with an accuracy of up to ±1°C;
● Customizable reactor configurations are available, including different reactor volumes and integrated water-bath temperature control.

Applications:

Continuous-flow gas-solid photothermal reactions, such as CO2 reduction, VOC degradation, nitrogen fixation, and sulfur fixation.
