Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor the product application market environment and development trends, complete research, analysis, and research report writing on relevant topics;
2. Collect data and resources related to product applications, and integrate and coordinate them according to product applications;
3. Maintain effective communication with various organizations related to product applications, strengthen collaborative efforts, and facilitate the exchange of internal industry research processes and results to support business development;
4. Expand into new markets, analyze the market for new products, and the technological direction of customers' products. Plan and drive the design of products that fit the market characteristics;
5. Responsible for technical promotion and advancing the commercialization of project outcomes;
6. Establish and cultivate good relationships and cooperation intentions with customers, assisting them in enhancing product value and refining product design.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in materials, chemical engineering, chemistry, with research background in areas such as photochemistry, photocatalysis, semiconductors, electrochemistry, electrocatalysis, or related fields.
2. Clear logical thinking, language organization, and expression skills. Proactive, enjoys challenges, motivated, diligent, and detail-oriented. Possesses good teamwork and cooperation skills.
3. Strong abilities in communication, coordination, organization, resource integration, learning, and writing.
4. Priority will be given to those with over 2 papers published in international academic conferences, SCI journals, or more than 2 authorized patents.

Process Engineer (Synthesis)

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently conduct literature review and chart analysis;
2. Able to independently complete research and development tasks for steps 1 to 2 under the guidance of the project leader;
3. Familiar with the basic procedures for small-scale and pilot-scale experiments;
4. Capable of organizing data in a logical manner, analyzing and summarizing experimental data, and determining the next research direction;
5. Can write clear and complete experimental records in a timely manner, produce interim reports, and conduct analysis and summary;

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above;
2. Prior experience in any of the following: microchannels, microfluidics, microfabrication processes, micro/nano materials, or continuous flow reactions is preferred;

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Conceptualization, planning, and design of product solutions;

2. Responsible for the design and review of product aesthetics;

3. Handling product exterior modeling and internal structural design;

4. Outputting structural-related documentation (process files, BOM);

5. Project communication, follow-up, and production technical support;

6. Testing of structural samples, monitoring small-scale trial production, and conducting evaluations;

7. Analyzing the causes of defects and implementing corrective and preventive measures;

8. Strong learning ability, with some communication skills and ability to work under pressure;

9. Candidates with certain knowledge in optics or electronics are preferred;

10. Handling other assigned matters;

Job Requirements

1. Associate's degree or higher, with a major in a relevant field of mechanical engineering;

2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a structural design engineer;

4. Proficiency in software such as MS Office, AUTOCAD, and SolidWorks;

5. Familiarity with various aspects of mechanical processing, sheet metal, and surface treatment;

7. Familiarity with analysis software like ANSYS and COMSOL is considered an advantage.
