The PLA-MAC1005 Multi-Channel Atmosphere Controller is designed to work in conjunction with the PCX50 Discover Multi-Channel Photocatalytic Reaction System. It is used for controlling the atmosphere inside the reaction bottles of the multi-channel system and can also be extended for use in small-volume systems with needle penetration.

The PLA-MAC1005 Multi-Channel Atmosphere Controller, in conjunction with the built-in sensors, can accurately detect and control the gas pressure inside the reaction bottles. This allows for multiple cycles of gas exchange and pressure adjustment within the bottles, maintaining the atmospheric conditions inside at levels below several tens of ppm. Additionally, it can monitor the changes in gas pressure in multiple reaction bottles.

The PLA-MAC1005 Multi-Channel Atmosphere Controller is connected to the gas source and the reaction bottles. It has a built-in vacuum pump and pressure sensor, allowing for gas replacement and pressure adjustment operations within the reaction bottles. The replacement efficiency is 1 min/bottle, 4 min/9 bottles (physical picture of the reaction bottle shown in Figure 2), maintaining residual gas concentration below several tens of ppm.

The PLA-MAC1005 Multi-Channel Atmosphere Controller has three working modes: Independent, Collective, and Measurement.

In Independent mode, pressure control and pressure regulation are performed separately on 9 reaction bottles. This is suitable for reactions of the same photocatalyst at different CO₂ gas pressures, allowing the selection of the optimal reaction pressure or initial concentration.

In Collective mode, unified pressure control is applied to 9 reaction bottles at the optimal reaction pressure, allowing parallel experiments on pressure atmosphere during the experimental process.

In Measurement mode, pressure changes during the reaction process are monitored and recorded in real-time, providing real-time tracking of the reaction process.

The PLA-MAC1005 Multi-Channel Atmosphere Controller is easy to operate and user-friendly, featuring a colorful 7-inch multi-touch LCD screen for real-time display (resolution 1024×600). The screen can rotate 360 degrees and comes with a highly sensitive touch pen.
