From October 31 to November 2, 2025, the "2025 South China Sea Marine Chemistry and Advanced Materials Conference", hosted by Hainan University, was successfully held at the Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa in Haikou City, Hainan Province. With the theme of "Focusing on the Frontiers of Chemical Materials to Empower the Blue Economy of the South China Sea", the conference brought together well-known experts, scholars and research teams from home and abroad in the fields of marine chemistry, advanced materials and interdisciplinary studies. As an exhibitor, Beijing PerfectLight Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to attend, and discussed the new development trends of marine chemistry and advanced materials with representatives from many research institutions, universities and industries.
The conference set up eight parallel sessions, covering research directions such as "Marine Environmental Chemistry and Catalysis", "Marine Resource Utilization and Energy Chemistry", "Photoelectric Active Materials and Sensing", and "Porous and Framework Material Chemistry". These sessions fully demonstrated the cutting-edge achievements of marine chemistry and new materials in fields like energy, environment and deep-sea exploration.
