ZKRT-C series products are a new type of catalyst developed by the research team at the Institute of Physical Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, for the purification of low concentration, odorous, and highly volatile organic pollutants. This product integrates adsorption, enhanced enrichment, and low-temperature catalytic oxidation. It achieves in-situ regeneration of the catalyst's adsorption capacity through solar or artificial light-driven low-temperature catalytic oxidation, solving the problem of high-throughput organic waste gas with low residence time.
Traditional solutions and industry pain points: Porous adsorption materials are widely used in the VOCs purification materials field due to their advantages of rapid absorption and natural absorption materials. Activated carbon, a representative material, occupies a significant market in various fields. According to statistics, China produces about 1.6 million tons of activated carbon annually. However, porous materials themselves have several difficult-to-solve shortcomings in the process of use and after use.
ZKRT Adsorption Catalyst Material VOCs Purification Solution: ZKRT cold incineration adsorption catalyst is an adsorption-driven advanced oxidation technology. Through the special synthesis process of catalytic materials and porous adsorption materials, it combines enhanced enrichment and advanced oxidation into one. It achieves the high cost-effective purification material by combining in-situ regeneration of catalytic materials with catalytic oxidation technology. This solution perfectly solves the many shortcomings of traditional adsorption materials like activated carbon in the field of environmental purification while also possessing its strong and efficient performance.

Clean air is precious - we create a healthier climate by uniquely transforming polluted air into pure air. Our cold incineration catalyst can be applied to indoor environments through air purifiers, and in the industrial low-concentration VOCs purification field, it can provide solutions through integrated cold incineration machines. It can be customized and integrated into any relevant exhaust and air purification ventilation equipment, achieving a perfect combination with traditional processes through our cold incineration catalyst design of filter module units.
