PoFeiLai Technology PLR-SPRL Laboratory-Grade Flat Plate Photochemical Reactor is a specialized device at the laboratory stage in the PLR-SPR series of flat plate photochemical systems. This device features a compact size and flexible configuration, mainly used for:
1. Validating selected experimental methods and basic process conditions;
2. Measuring necessary physical data, thermodynamic, and kinetic data;
3. Studying the effects of transfer processes.

1. The reactor is compact with an effective working area of 10×10 cm, optional sizes include 5×5, 15×15, 20×20, 25×25 cm. Experimenters can replace reactors according to experimental needs, gradually increasing the reaction area to obtain mass transfer, heat transfer, and reaction kinetics data during scale-up.
2. By replacing the support block design, various substrate materials such as non-woven fabric, carbon paper, carbon cloth, borosilicate glass, and acrylic can be fixed, meeting different catalyst loading requirements. 3. Equipped with a water bath temperature control structure, it can promptly remove heat generated during the reaction through circulating cooling water. 4. Capable of sealed reaction or continuous flow reaction. When efficiency is low at the early stage of the experiment, sealed reaction is chosen to measure catalyst activity by time accumulation. With process optimization and increased output, it can switch to continuous flow mode for catalyst activity characterization. 5. The device comes with a manual sampling valve, which can be directly coupled with gas chromatography for online product detection.
