The PLS-LF series liquid filters (Patent Number CN202221911682.8) are typically used to effectively filter out infrared radiation to prevent interference from infrared light in the experimental reaction process. They can also be used in conjunction with optical windows and internal cavity filter liquids to filter out specific wavelength bands, such as visible, near-infrared, and ultraviolet light.

The PLS-LF series liquid filters have a fin-shaped appearance, which aids in heat dissipation and effectively avoids the inconvenience of using fluid heat exchange. The cavity contains specific filter liquids, and high-temperature-resistant materials are chosen for the optical windows.

The filter liquids inside the PLS-LF series liquid filters can be chosen based on the wavelength range to be filtered, including options like distilled water, acidic or alkaline solutions, or inorganic salt solutions, among others.

The optical windows of the filters are made from different materials with various optical characteristics, such as quartz and high borosilicate glass, to alter the transmittance of the liquid filter and meet different experimental requirements.

The PLS-LF series liquid filters are divided into two types, PLS-LF01 and PLS-LF02, based on the internal filter liquid.

Among them, PLS-LF01 liquid filters effectively filter out near, mid, and far-infrared light in the 950~2500 nm range from 300 W xenon lamp light sources, reducing the impact of temperature on the filter's performance, extending its lifespan, and ensuring stable temperature control in photocatalytic reactions. They retain the spectra of ultraviolet and visible light bands, making the output light source resemble a "cold light source."

PLS-LF02 liquid filters effectively filter out visible and infrared light above λ>400 nm from 300 W xenon lamp light sources, outputting ultraviolet light in the range of 320~400 nm. They are suitable for light experiments with materials that only respond to ultraviolet light.
